Family Beach Getaway

Overall a great location & close to beaches. House was nice & spacious. The upstairs game room with “futons” was not really futons but cushions on the floor. The yard was nice & spacious but not well maintained.

John was great to communicate with when needed. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed! The location was great for what we needed! The fenced back yard was an asset for having kids around, there are plenty of beds and space for larger amounts of people (There were 7 in our party)! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Place could get a little more clean on the outside but overall it was nice and we loved the set up of the house and how prompt the communication was with the host we will be back .

Florida Trip

Overall the stay was good with no issues. Never did find the light switch for kitchen table. It was just a simple basic house. Fairly close to beaches but be advised no beach accessories other than medium sized towels. Be advised communication only through email for what ever reason he would not respond to phone. And yes you are forced to buy insurance for what I'm not sure nothing of value.
