MGM Springfield
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was well decorated with a large bathroom. The only negative was that some of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful - a little unusual for a casino.

Motel 6 Enfield, CT - Hartford
We stayed for 5 days and not once came housekeeping by. The 2 small trash cans filled up quickly and we had to dispose the garbage ourselves. There were no toiletries, only a small bar of soap.
