"Sorry to say, it was a sad time for this hotels.com booker. We booked a 1-night stopover on a long drive and were given a dusty room. When our key didn't work, we had to drive 5 miles back to the headquarters for a new one and then back to the room again, just to take our luggage in. There was not food at Hotel 4 (other than vending), so another drive to a restaurant. I believe they WANT it to be good, but this particular area of the resort has been neglected."
"I needed to stay for 1 nights while visiting the Luray Caverns. This hotel was beautiful and historic. The room was delightful and comfortable. Location was great. The restaurant on site served delicious French Onion Soup. Would definitely stay here again."
"The host was responsive and the yurt was very clean! On the hot day we were there the AC was so nice to have. The sound machine was really helpful during the nights."

"We had a great memorial day weekend stay! The cottage was perfect, very cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very nice location, close to the park for daily visits."
"I was disappointed there was no microwave or coffee machine in the room. There was a refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. The ceiling was peeling and there were a few pot holes and cracked places in the parking lot. A good stay but could use some improvements."
