Up the street from restaurants, cafes and bars and literally around the corner from a moderate loop hike, so the convenience is great. The kitchen is really just for coffee and snacks with a small dorm fridge—time for a new one, the freezer melted the ice cream—but not a place to cook a meal just make toast and have a yogurt. "

"If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe machine."
