Less than 24 hours before check in, on the way to Michigan from South Carolina, we get an email stating that the house is flooded. They have our phone number, I would think the proper way to handle this situation would be to call.I call the available number and get someone from 1/2 way across the world, I explain the problem. They don't give an immediate solution, they say they will pass this along to they support team. After not hearing anything back for 3 hours, we call again. Tell them we can't wait any longer, if they don't have an immediate solution give us a full refund.we found a hotel. We haven't seen a refund yet, but they said it's coming.
