"Always a good experience at The hotel. Enjoyed the warm services :)"

"Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, the floor in the room felt a bit sticky and could be cleaner. It would also be great if Netflix was available on the TV for guests. Providing complimentary drinking water in the room would further improve the experience. Other than that, everything was satisfactory."

"The staff were really helpful amazing customer service and very welcoming the shopping was literally right next to us which helped the pool was amazing alongside the jacuzzi the room was clean,Only downside was that their was no clean my room sign other than that it was an incredible experience thank you for your service."

"value for money for a budget hotel"

"Generally comfortable & very convenient as it’s next to mrt station "

"Fuss free check in. Had initial issue with WiFi, but host was aware and the repair was made within 30mins of us arriving. Late check out was accommodated."

"The hotel is noisy with a live music next to the hotel."

"A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants."

"Staff responsible, porperty cleanliness, location good, 👍👍👍👍"

"Good people. Good rooms and very affordable "

"Great "

"Good receptionist service staffs. Azlan has excellent customer service and makes staff feel comfortable. He helped me book a cheap grab car to go to KL city and gave me a wake up call at 5am."

"There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay. Hair found at bed sheet when i checked in. Shower towers are DIRTY and SMELLY! I feel terrible scary to use the tower. The shower area are stucked with water, both my feets are flooded with dirty water from shower. The bed is bad, the mattress is curved, and you can “feel” the mattress spring and support. And the bed is...

"Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...

"The stay was pleasant, with relatively good location near to eateries."

"Clean room. Near to mall. Only drawback is that its not fully open"

"It is a beautiful property and the location is very great right next to the beautiful mall, transportation is amazing and the rooms clean and spacious...... would definitely revisit"

"I'm a very picky in terms of comfort and cleanliness, overall the rating I'm giving it's a 9/10. Even though they say it's a capsule size but it's more of a mini room."
