"Beim ankommen wurde ich freundlich empfangen und alle Formalitäten abgeschlossen. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Der Hinweis, das mein Zimmer 142 in der 4. Etage und ohne Fahrstuhl ist, war kein Problem. Ich lief durch ein klimatisiertes Treppenhaus. An der letzten Treppe verwies ein kleines Schild auf mein Zimmer zum Dachboden. Auf dieser Treppe hörte die Klimatisierten Bereiche auch auf. Je höher desto heißer ! Das Zimmer selbst war klein mit Dachschrägen und für 2 Personen ausgelegt....

"Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise für zwei Tage eine Junior Suite bezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, zudem absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, allerdings haben wir den Kaffeeautomat während des Mahl- sowie Brühhvorgangs als wirklich sehr störend empfunden. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eine Parkgarage gegen Gebühr. Einige Meter weiter gibt es ein Freibad, dieses haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Gute Restaurants sind...

"Proximity to Lucerne's Hauptbahnhoh for day trips by train. Walkable to shopping and boat trips on the beautiful lake. Bacio, Italian-themed restaurant a pleasant surprise, but a noisy and crowded on a a, even before the high season of tourism. Air-conditioned--a blessing this torrid summer. Excelllent breakfast. Fine staff."
