Super hotel
Very nice hotel, helpful staff, dog friendly, good location, facilities in village and great views, (+ easy access off autoroute). Breakfast & evening meal very good. Room good size. Lift access. Can't fault this hotel. So is there a negative? Only one, the chirch nearby has a clock thst chimes the hours and the quarters if that's not enough it also rings all the bells at 05.00! So if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep with the window open a bit, just bear this in mind

Lovely little gem of a hotel in a lovely town.
I needed somewhere to stay during a journey and chose this hotel. It’s just off the motorway but far enough away to make you feel that you’re a million miles away. Lovely little town that’s a ski resort in the winter. Hotel is in the middle with plenty of parking next to it. The staff are absolutely excellent and can’t do enough to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and very modern and super clean. I had food in the restaurant and it’s the kind of food that you would travel to - to eat! I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel close to Lake Luzern
Lovely hotel in delightful Swiss village room was excellent but no faclities for making tea or coffee. Very nice continental breakfast. One major problem could not pay by credit/debit card which meant paying in Euro's which left a dent in our cash flow. Not acceptable in this day & age especially as booking site states all cards taken !!!

Nice basic hotel in very small town
Hotel is few kilometers from the highway, up on the hillside, but it is easy to find and get to, as long as there is no major snowstorm. Hotel restaurant is really good, breakfast is basic but good, and rooms are nice. Nothing much in local area (small ski mountain right across, maybe some hiking summertime), but it is quiet and views are amazing if there are rooms facing the lake, Overall good value for money.

A wonderful experience
This was a return to our honeymoon destination 49 years ago and all was just as lovely as we remembered it. We were very warmly welcomed, the food was very good, all very friendly, we cannot wait to return.

Welcoming hotel in idyllic setting
Lovely hotel in quiet mountain setting with extremely welcoming and helpful receptionist/manager who spoke excellent English. Modern plain functional room with all expected amenities.Comfortable bed and pillows.Excellent varied breakfast.The hotel does not have a garden at the back to enjoy the wonderful view over Lake Lucerne so ask for a room high up with a view of the lake. Good tasty evening meal served in the hotel. Emmetten is a small village which has a couple of shops and a cable car nearby. We would have loved to spend longer in this charming setting but were just overnighting en route back to UK.

Parfait! Très bon service!
Nous sommes restés une seule nuit mais expérience au top! Très pratique pour un arrêt lors d’un voyage. Situé à 5 min de l’autoroute mais au calme dans le village en hauteur. Très propre, confortable, très bon service et gérants / serveurs très sympathiques!

Hatten das Hotel als Stop-Over-Hotel zur Weiterfahrt nach Italien genutzt. Liegt dafür ideal. Ort Emmetten ist "überschaubar". Feines, kleines Hotel mit guter Küche.

Das Zimmer, inkl. Bad war sehr sauber. Im Raum, wie im Bad fehlte allerdings ein Mülleimer. Betten waren gut. Der Frühstücksraum war uns zu dunkel. Leider wär der Kaffee nur lauwarm, was aber schnell korrigiert wurde. Wir waren da für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise nach Italien. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt.

Hôtel Fantastique
Nous sommes allés à la fin du mois de juin 2022. L'accueil a été merveilleux. Nous avions une grande chambre très propre. Nous avons également souper au restaurant le soir. Nourriture fantastique et personnel super. Le matin, petit-déjeuner copieux très bon. Nous y reviendrons.

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé à proximité des départs de télécabines, ce qui permet des randonnées en circuit en saison et l'accès aux pistes de ski. Très bon accueil, confort et calme - places de park (voir la photo à gauche) - pièce de jeu pour les enfants - restaurant et bar - petit déjeuner buffet très complet - langues : allemand, français.
