DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Calypso Escape! This beautiful custom designed home offers tropical styled decor and plenty of bedrooms with private baths!.
As you enter Calypso Escape through the door in the carport the lift is to the left and the laundry room to the right. The den is furnished with a built-in twin over double bunk bed and two single beds decorated in bright colours and accented with grass bed skirts has a full bath with double vanity and tub/shower configuration.
Take the full service lift or climb the polished hardwood stairs to the mid-level. At the top of the stairs is a powder room to the right is a spacious king primary suite with a balcony. The open concept great room creates an airy and light filled space. The living room is complete with a Smart TV. The dining area and kitchen are easily accessible to the cooks in the kitchen. The dining table seats 6-8 and there is also additional bar seating. The kitchen has all the necessary gadgets and appliances for a week’s stay. Off the living area is a deck and off the dining area, there is access to a screened porch with picnic style seating.
All levels are easily accessible by the lift. As you head up to the top-level you will find 3 additional guest rooms. There is a spacious king primary suite with a walk-in closet and slider to a side balcony, a guest room with two double beds with a private bath and an additional queen guest room with a private bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests.
Calypso Escape is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is approximately a 10- minute stroll from the house or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is provided at the pool area.
