Our custom, spacious home is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a serene private oasis just minutes from everything Emerald Isle has to offer. With a long driveway providing ample parking and a fully fenced backyard perfect for your dogs, CasaVerde is designed for families, friends, and four-legged guests to relax and enjoy.

Step outside to the newly updated multi-level deck, complete with a gas fire pit, lounge seating, and dining space—perfect for entertaining or unwinding under the stars. The screened-in porch with hot tub provides another private retreat to relax after a day of adventure.

CasaVerde is just a 3-minute walk through the neighborhood to a public beach access (no busy roads to cross!). Located in Emerald Isle’s town center, you’re within easy reach of bars, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, go-karting, a water park, two grocery stores, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Bring your bikes and explore the town on the bike path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle.

After a day at the beach, challenge the family to a game of pool in the game room, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fire pit for evening relaxation. For day trips, explore nearby Swansboro, Morehead City, or Beaufort, or enjoy nature at Hammocks Beach State Park, the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, or Emerald Isle Woods Park with hiking trails and disc golf—just 1.5 miles away.

Inside, CasaVerde combines modern coastal design with mid-century touches and thoughtful upgrades to maximize comfort and style. The custom kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your group, and bathrooms feature high-end finishes. Stay connected with three smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the home.

The luxurious primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub, dual-shower luxury bathroom, and direct access to the screened-in porch with hot tub. The second bedroom accommodates four with two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom sleeps up to five with full-over-full bunk beds, a single trundle, and a smart TV—perfect for kids or extended families.

Additional amenities include: a fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining space, gas fireplace in the living room, firepit, screened-in porch with hot tub, game room, cornhole and beach games, grill, and beach wagon.

Perfect Vacation

This property is a 10 out of 10!!! Everything went smoothly at check in and the property far exceeded what we expected. It was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. We loved the proximity of the home to the beach and restaurants and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful House

Casa Verde was right in the middle of Emerald Isle proper and convenient to everything. Kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfy and master shower was amazing. Definitely a 5 star property.

Emerald Isle Amazing

We had such a great time! The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Location is very nice and close to the beach and shopping. The host was very responsive and very helpful to work with!

Lovely house near the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, with only an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. We loved having access to the hot tub and enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. The owner is courteous and responsive. I would recommend staying here if you want a family-oriented trip to Emerald Isle.

A Slice of Heaven

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as pictured and expected. Jillian was responsive with any questions we had! The place is walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants! We really enjoyed the walk ability of the location.The game room was great for the evenings with plenty of entertainment options!Truly felt like a home away from home! Quiet Beach Home

We loved the house and especially the fenced in backyard for our dog, as well as the fire pit and the screened in porch with the hot tub. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us. The only downer was that the public beach access was closed because of repairs, so we had to drive to the pier in order for us to enjoy a day at the beach. Very clean and beautiful place to stay in Emerald Isle.

Just a great week at EI

The home was perfect for our group there for the Fishin for a Cure event. We had family and friends over for dinner and the garage games were a big hit! This is by far the cleanest place we rented!

A sweet little getaway

This house was perfect for my family and our dog. The owner provided us with clear instructions and the check in and check out process was a breeze. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to the beach. The walk in shower and claw foot tub were a huge plus! I would highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a spacious, clean and convenient house for your stay!!

Wonderful!

We wanted a place to celebrate thanksgiving near the Military base with our whole family and dogs. The kitchen is beautiful with all the equipment needed for special family meals. The dogs loved the fensed back yard and hang out area. The hot tub was a hit, it is in a screened in pourch, so the kids enjoyed warming up after a rain storm caught them on the beach.they also enjoyed the game room - staying up late without disturbing us.

Emerald Isle Excellence

Loved everything about the house and felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Had almost two months to get used to the area and the house was in the location to walk to almost anywhere you could go. Beach was close by and most of the time the weather was cooperating for our daily jaunts. Dog loved it too.

Place was great for our family and conveniently located to restaurants and walking distant to beach. Only complaint was cleaning staff left dirty linens on front porch and had no linen bag to put ours in on check out so had to use the bags left on porch.

Truly the best stay at CasaVerde! We traveled with a group of 8 and had the best week. This was by far the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and very centrally located. Would also recommend renting a shibumi shade from sharisshade if you visit it was a lifesaver! 10/10 stay. We would definitely go back!☀️

Enjoyed the back decks, fenced yard, screened porch with hot tub, just off the primary bedroom, luxurious primary bath with huge shower made the stay extra special. House was very clean & fully equipped. Also had a pool table. Easy walk to the beach. Great getaway! Perfect house for a large family!

Immaculate, comfortable house! We had all the space we needed for our family of 6. Lots of extras to use. Owners were so clear with directions that we didn’t have any questions! So close to the beach and within walking distance to a plaza that had it all! We all enjoyed our first visit to Emerald Isle and our stay at CasaVerde!

Emerald Isle

Recently stayed at Casa Verde and it was great. The home was well suited for me, my wife, my two kids and their friends, and my two dogs. The home sits at the end of a quiet culdesac and the 5 minute walk to the beach access is easy. Casa Verde is close to everything you might need and the property manager is very responsive. Overall, I thought the place was great and would recommend staying.

Proximity to beach and restaurants/shopping. Lots to do at the house - hot tub, firepit, pool table, cornhole, video games, smart tvs. Bedroom layout allows good spacing. A perfect home away from home

This was our first family vacation with our 3 children and doggie and we immediately felt at home here! Loved the location - everything is so conveniently close by and yet we weren't in the middle of it all. Everything in the home is so well thought out, including the entire layout, and extremely clean. I especially loved the bathroom ensuite! The screened in hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit made it even more special. The kids loved the game room and got to hone in on their pool table skills! The beach is a hop, skip, jump away and lovely! Our doggie also felt safe and was so happy. We loved our stay there and could not have chosen a more perfect home away from home.

We had such a relaxing enjoyable stay here - the place is incredible. Exactly as described, and the outdoor space was really perfect; great layout, really quiet, and also private — but also central to everything in Emerald Isle. Walking distance to beach, fenced yard for the pups, and access to the bike path were all 10/10. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
