  • Waverlies's Watch is a Middle Row Cottage, 5 BR, 4 ½ B. K * K * K * 2Q * 2S. Sand Castle Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Topper Sheets. 12’ x 26’ private swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Elevator from ground level to all floors. Enjoy oceanside living at its finest in this custom home built in 2022. Spacious great room on the top level offers views of the ocean and features a large Smart TV and coastal décor. Three primary suites each with King bed, Smart TV and private bath. Enjoy family time in the game room also boasting a large Smart TV with cable. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, 7 Smart TVs with cable, wireless Internet access, water softener. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Plenty of parking and professionally landscaped. Weekly only summer, three-night minimum off-season. No smoking. Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (dogs only, 2 maximum). 1903 Emerald Drive.
