"Room is very clean. Hotel staff excellent, they are very polite and friendly. Breakfast very good. Air conditioning very good. Foreign embassy near walking distance.police station near by. Hotel has twenty four hour security. I was visiting Dhaka, I stayed there seven nights.very good location. I suggest this hotel"

"The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night."

"Service is excellent, I had issue with a flight being cancelled and they happily extend to 6 PM no charge since also bit low on occupancy at their site. The Small gesture that helps me during sudden changes on travel worth more than 5 stars"

Staff are always hospitable and willing to help, whether by bringing your bags to the room after a long day of travels, or helping to book a cab. The room and bed were clean. The hotel takes safety measures for guests, such as having outdoor security and a safe in the room. They are mindful of little things that many places overlook. We recommend this as a great place for expats - better than other places we've stayed in the city! The only small suggestion I have is to keep breakfast items like potato wedges and paratha hot in a warming tray. Truly everything went well during our stay. "
