The check-in process was not smooth because the staff seemed unfamiliar with the required documents. Room amenities were missing. There are also no nearby shops, and public transportation is difficult to find unless you walk to the bazaar. Improved training for the front desk staff would greatly enhance the guest experience.

방글라데시에 출장을 오면서 우선 이곳에서 1주일을 머물고 다른 곳으로 이동할 계획이었습니다. 하지만 지내다 보니 동료들과 이야기를 해보고 일주일을 더 여기서 머물다 가기로 결정 했습니다. 숙소가 깨끗하고 조용한 것이 장점이라고 생각합니다. 외교관들이 거주하는 곳이 위치하여 있어서 거리도 깨끗하고 소음이 적었습니다. 빨래 서비스도 잘 정리되어 깔끔하게 돌아왔고, 룸서비스로 시켜먹은 치킨 스프는 아직도 기억에 남을 정도로 맛있었습니다. 직원들이 항상 미소를 유지하고 친절하게 해줘서 지내는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 다음에 출장을 올 때도 이용할 생각이 있냐고 물으시면 그렇다라고 대답할 것입니다.

방글라데시에 와서 1주일 머무르고 다른 곳으로 이동할 예정이었습니다. 하지만 지내보다보니 숙소가 마음에 들어 1주일을 더 머물다가 떠나게 되었습니다. 깨끗한 숙소와 객실을 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들이 엄청 친절해서 지내기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 빨래를 이용해도 깨끗하게 정리되어 왔고 룸서비스로 먹은 치킨스푸는 아직도 기억에 남을 정도로 맛있었습니다. 그리고 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점은 외교관들이 머무는 지역에 있다는 거였습니다. 조용하고 거리가 깨끗한 곳이라 다음에 출장차 올 때도 이용할 생각이 있는 곳이라 생각합니다.

これまでバングラデシュで泊まったホテルの中でNo.1でした。部屋は広くてとても清潔で、WiFiは強く、また静かで落ち着いて仕事ができました。ホテルのスタッフさんたちはみんな笑顔で丁寧。リクエストにきちんとこたえてくださいました。 朝食の品数が少ないことだけが残念です。火を通した野菜料理があるとうれしいです。 来年の出張時にはまたこちらに泊まります！ ありがとうございました。
