Lovely staff, great location , amazing view, hard to get an uber or Uber Eats to the hotel lobby being on the 19th floor. Also our room a slight smell. Other than that it was fabulous. Is will be staying here next time I come to Osaka

"It was very convenient from Kansas airport because there are buses to stop right in front of the hotel. Also if we need to go to buy argent stuff you can go to Yodobashi camera to get as well. Also, I really liked breakfast because you can enjoy a lot of meals but especially I enjoyed Japanese food ..."
