"Everything started out great! Later in the day when we were relaxing in our room, we heard a dog barking. We waited to see how long it would continue. For the next several hours until we left for dinner the dog continued to bark. It was in the room next to us. We called and let the front desk know several times, and they assured us that they would take care of it. We left for dinner and we were gone for a couple of hours. When we returned the dog was still barking. We spoke to the staff at the front desk again several times, and it's stopped around 9:00 p.m. We were certain that the dog barking would not continue that next day, we were gone for several hours and when we returned, it was still happening. We left for the rest of the day so we weren't certain if they checked out or not. They did offer us Bonvoy points which was nice, but it did not make up for the hours of incessant barking in my opinion. They offered us a new room, which we felt was sn inconvenience since we had already unpacked and we didn't feel that we should be the ones that shoukd move. Other than that, the staff was nice the breakfast was wonderful. We just felt they could have done more with the situation, It really did damper part of our stay there."

"The beds did not have fitted sheets, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the lounge on 14 was warm (temperature) & not available for long. Everything else including the staff was great but these things were not."

"Really nice hotel. Was an apartment complex until the Hilton bought it. Rooms are like luxury 1 bedroom apartments (I think they have 2 bedroom units as well). Clean, fresh and up to date. In our unit was an under cabinet combination washer dryer that worked very well for a small load. My only complaint was there were some people smoking weed in one of the rooms and the hallway smelled like it."

"$22 for breakfast with lazy options is highway robbery! Egg, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, toast, English muffins and bagel! For that price Waffle maker, pancakes, French toast options would be great. IHOP down the street was cheaper and offered way more options for the same price. If you’re not going to offer those items then you should at least lower that price. Pay way too much for the stay to have a crappy breakfast option. Other than that everything else was great thank you. Hookem horns."
