"Stay was below expectations. Staff were okay, but parking felt unsafe. The corridor had an unpleasant smell and the lift was out of order. The room wasn’t well maintained—small TV and a poorly conditioned hairdryer."

"Stayed here with the family—great place, very quiet, and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, especially the full English breakfast. On closer inspection, the windows were a bit dusty, and the carpet had some hair on it. I’m not sure if this was due to the hotel being pet-friendly. The swimming pool timings were limited for kids (8–10 AM and 4–6 PM on weekdays), which was inconvenient. It would be better if these times were more flexible for families staying with children. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were very friendly."

No orange juice . Good selection of tea bags . Room was moist from roundabout outside early in morning . Was good after a midnight check in could get a cold drink in the bar "
