"We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night."

"I had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my entire visit. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast. The staples like scrambled eggs, waffles, coffee, and other basics were always available, but they also changed some of the hot items each day. During my stay, I saw everything from bacon and sliced sausage to chicken tinga and chicken carnitas. It was a nice touch, especially for guests staying multiple days, because it kept breakfast from feeling repetitive. The staff was also great. The housekeeping team was kind and friendly, and while some of the front desk staff may seem a little serious at first, they were always helpful, welcoming, and easy to talk to whenever I needed anything. The pool was clean and enjoyable as well. The water was a little colder than I expected, especially since it is heated (I saw that there was a water heater room), but it was still well-maintained and nice to use. Overall, the property looked well-cared-for and inviting. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. It is more expensive to stay here on weekends because of how busy it gets, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, it was great!"

"The property was dirty. The elevator floors looked like they have never been cleaned The elevator lobby on our floor smelled like garbage all weekend. The floor in our room was sticky. There was no breakfast The property was being used for homeless housing It was very sketchy hotel"

"This was my first time staying at this property, it was fine, but wasn't overly impressive for the brand. I checked in and received room 194, a 2 queen room right by a rear door, so I could hear people coming and going all night which was disruptive. The check in agent was friendly, although he took about 15 minutes to check me in, said he was getting payment from Expedia, which created some delay, combined with "internet issues". The hotel was "sold out" thus I was placed on first floor as I had requested a higher floor. There was plenty of parking but it was certainly busy! I could hear other guests at times in their rooms from mine. The room itself was decent, not much of a view, the sink drain was very slow to empty, and bathroom was a bit tight. The shower pressure was great though and the products were all well stocked. The room itself had good lighting, was clean, and comfortable. Everything worked! Each queen bed only had 3 pillows though. Also there were only 3 bath towels for a 2 queen room. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, there was plenty to choose from, including bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, yogurts, pastries, etc. I enjoyed my breakfast and especially enjoyed the noon check out! Coffee was good too! I have stayed at different properties in the area and would return to this one if it was a good value, but would also be open to exploring other options. KOP can get very expensive on Saturday nights apparently!"

"The went to check in and my room was given away to another guest. The clerk/manager told me the person had the same name so he didnt need identification. Towels and wash clothes were dirty and he never accommodated my 2nd room. The only good thing is the option was pay at the property. Very horrible customer service."
