Extremely outdated building reminding hostels in far away lands, bathroom is not just outdated with peeling paint, but tiny as if designed for hobbits. Very nice and helpful staff though, making it 3* instead of *

Christina was amazing she single-handidly saved this reservation as it was a frustrating situation where Expedia changed thee date on our reservation causing a complication that led to over an hour delay to check in. If Christina at the front desk hadn't been so wonderful I would have given up and gone somewhere else.

The AC did not work and the carpets was kinda sticky make sure you bring slippers. The water had barely any pressure and the breakfast was not worth it. Many patrons decided to eat at the diner across the way.

Staff was very accommodating! I reserved a king size bed, received a queen size bed instead! While taking a shower, all the water flooded the entire bathroom floor causing a dangerous slippery condition. Not sure if the floor below did t leak though. Air conditioner was extremely noisy thus didn’t get much sleep. Next night we were moved to another room, much better

My only criticism is that the hotel is high on a hill and parking is a level below, not easy to bring luggage uphill.

People were nice and helpful. Property seems very outdated. Definitely NOT a Hampton Inn bed from my experience. They were having plumbing issues , our shower and toilet weren’t going out, they gave us a plunger.

Upon check in, double bed room was sold out and was given a single double bed room. It was my husband and I with our daughter. One of us slept on the floor!! Front desk person said there were other double bed rooms still showing as guests coming. What were we? I paid over $200 to sleep on the floor!! Plus, she was NO HELP to me! When asked for a credit, or something for the inconvenience, nothing could be given! Needless to say, this was close to midnight! Terrible customer service!

Super convenient to highway and close to tarrytown. Nice parking lot. Breakfast had eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt and fruits. It was decent. Room was decently clean and normal. Beds were soft and walls were thin.

It's very comfortable and homey. We slept well. The members of the staff are kind and accommodating. I'm not a breakfast person, but they have a lovely buffet that's kept very tidy. We'll be returning.

Rooms need major updating, beds were supposed to be double-beds but definitely were not standard, they were very small. Wall paper peeling off walls in room, bathroom was definitely not of the standard for price paid! Little details lacking…like walls needed paint in bathroom, furniture was old, no microwave & worst of all TV didn’t work.
