The original room that I was assigned to smelled like sewage. I requested another room and it was granted. Unfortunately, the inconvenience was never verbally acknowledged. I mentioned the smell of the room during check out as well and the desk attendant didn’t say anything.

Great location near highways. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Two issues: breakfast is good, but service is spotty - unable to refresh joy items to keep up with guests arriving to eat.

All of the surfaces were streaky. Perhaps dirty cloths? Lots of hairs on the bathroom floor. Doors close very loudly. Appreciated having a few extra minutes to shower and gather my belongings after the Wineglass run. Not worth $189

Check in was super easy. The guy at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of dining options and we were able to walk to the restaurant. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

We had need to contact the hotel because of problems with Hotels.com, and they were VERY nice and responsive to us. Also, the staff and the room were A-1 in our opinion. This hotel is definitely a cut above other hotels of our traveling experience!

Glad We Stayed!
The hotel is in a great location! Close to the highway; several food places within walking distance if you choose; several shops, including Kohls and Walmart; the reception staff were helpful and pleasant; our room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We were very pleased with our stay.

When things go wrong they handle it well!!
The staff at this hotel is fabulous. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is great. We had the misfortune of staying here at the same time as a bunch of middle school hockey teams. They were super loud, but the management was on it as soon as I made them aware. It had been a difficult weekend, with a family funeral, and they really stepped up to make sure my family and I could have a restful night. I appreciated that very much, and we'll be back next time we are in the area.
