Professionally decorated, the cottage exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, combining modern comfort with rustic charm. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard under the stars, in the quiet hidden gem. Enjoy the tranquility of nature while being just 5 minutes from the quaint shops and eateries of Ellison Bay and a mere 12 minutes to the vibrant downtown Sister Bay, where you can explore local attractions and indulge in delightful cuisine. Newly added game room with multiple games and an entertainment area. Birch Isle Cottage is the perfect base for your Door County adventure!

Nicely renovated house in the northern quiet area of Door County. The house fit us nicely (4 adults, 3 kids). The bunk bed room was great for the kids and they loved the game room in the garage. The outdoor patio and fire pit area has nice seating. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Overall great experience and accommodations. Beds were very comfy, towels and bedding higher quality. Small bath needs some updating, new shower head would be an upgrade (this one hurts) and a slight mildew smell from plumbing detected but not a deal breaker. Outdoor yard was well equipped with fire pit, WOOD, Adirondack chairs, table/chairs for al fresco dining, rocking chairs for early morning coffee, and game room/garage space also well equipped. Kitchen nicely appointed with plenty of serving pieces, plates, etc. as well as toaster, blender, coffee pot and/or Keurig, etc. Larger coffee mugs would be nice. Other bath updated but again mildew smell from drains. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.
