"Room was immaculate, outside private patio was a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!"

"Room was modern, clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. We were located on the entrance side of the property, which was away from the main road so it was quiet. The other side faced a busy road, so I’m not sure how quiet that side would be. The included breakfast had good choices to satisfy everyone. The small gym had a few cardio machines, a full complement of dumbbells and a cable machine. We considered using the heated indoor pool, but the water was murky, so we opted not to chance it - too bad. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would stay there again."

"Room was exceptional clean, bathroom looked newly renovated, walk in shower, nicely tiled. As was the entire bathroom. Full sized refrigerator that worked well. No dinky pillows, great big fluffy pillows. Beds were kinda hard. Television had all the networks with several premium channels like HGTV, Fox News, better than home for sure. Nice thick walls so you didn't hear the neighbors, above or to the side of you. Fields to let your dogs run, if you dog is trained properly. Very well bright lighted at night. Went out to let the K9 do her business at 3 am, and it was like daylight. Only one very suspicious vehicle idling in the parking lot, that disappeared quickly when we (K9 &I) walked across the lot. No morning breakfast, but plenty of places to eat at one exit down( McD, CB, Perkins etc). Pool wasn't open, but it was early April and still a chane of cold temps."

"Booked an adjoining room only to be informed on arrival that no rooms were available and rooms would be down the hall from each other. Staff wasnt very helpful . Breakfast was ok but hot foods were less than warm. "

"Well, after checking in, I was initially assigned a room where the sheets contained lots of hair, which to me looked like pubic hair. I typically inspect the bedding immediately upon entering a room, and this particular instance was quite disgusting. However, the front desk attendant was exceptionally helpful and promptly swiched me to a room directly across the hall, which fortunately had clean sheets. Overall, the room was quite adequate for a one-night stay."

"Great location, convenient and love Monty’s and like the breakfast buffet option this year, as opposed to the “university level” cafe. Parking was easy and check-in smooth. HOWEVER, usually a pleasant stay at the Madison. This is my 3rd straight year working an event there. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be “mailing it in” in terms of service this year. Ok, housekeeping is “by request”, by it took 3 requests on a given day to get just a little service to my room. If you ask for “coffee service”, apparently it’s not clear that includes clean cups and compliments (cream and Sugar), not just a couple Keurig Cups. It took 2 more calls to get it right, along with empty trash cans and clean towels Maybe could have explained it away as isolated, yet the conference had problems with coffee service on Monday and the happy hour bar was late on Tuesday. Generally, a good stay with good amenities for the price. "
