Staff was great but trying to sleep is another story. You can hear absolutely everything. People talking, tv in next door room, maids came into room twice to see if we were still there before checkout time. No fans in bathroom.

After I checked in, I went to my room and found it the way the last person checked out. It had not been cleaned. I went back down to ask for another room. The Lady behind the counter at check in did not even apologize. She didn't say anything except give me a card for another room. Two words are all she said..."Room 120 "...just poor customer service. if she doesn't like her job she should probably quit ...maybe?

Last two stays were poor. Location is convenient but cleaning staff on first stay were in next room having a good time at 9 am with loud music. I had to beat on the wall. Second stay the hot tub room tv had no signal and the hot tub was in poor shape with no instructions. In hindsight I should have checked it out before dinner and cocktails. Cheap rooms and you get what you pay for.

This is an old building which the owners are upgrading. The rooms are lovely. The restaurant food was good and the service 'small town friendly'. They offer a REAL full breakfast for free (four option choices) and it was excellent. I stay in Elko overnight occasionally for work and usually just grab a room in one of the old 50s row motels. From now on, I will be staying here.

Overall, a great place!
Overall the stay was great! The shower head was broken but they replaced it immediately. And the refrigerator didn't work. I didn't have the time to report it.

lots of noise from the ventilation system outside the room, did not get to have a breakfast as they closed the kitchen for the day without notification or posting any-kind of info, locked out of the room as our cards were not keyed for the full stay, could not access room as cleaning came in.

The positives: the staff was nice, there is entertainment, locations near by and plenty of parking. The bad: there was facial clippings in the sink and on the counter from a prior customer, the bathtub/hot tub that we paid extra for did not work properly, the housekeeper knocked on our door and woke us at 8am both mornings!!, the curtains were broke and let lots of light in, the heater was messed up and our room was extremely hot. It was 17 degrees out and we were opening the door to cool the room, the microwave doesn’t work correctly. I don’t mean to sound ridiculous but we were there for a get away weekend and just disappointed in how it turned out. Especially being woken 4 hours prior to check out, the messed up heater and facial hair.

First off when we checked in we were given someone else's room. I'm thankful when we walked in the door there was no one in the room. The only thing that was in there was their belongings! So we had to go all the way back down with all of our luggage and get another room on another floor. We get to our room finally and there is nothing in the bathroom to put anything on, there is no counter just a sink and nothing more. The bed is so old you just sink in kinda like festers bed on the Adams family! And where exactly are the pillows at? What are these half pieces of crap you are giving people and calling them pillows?? The bathroom floor has hair all over it, the chair you can't even sit in it because it has stains all over it! And I don't know about you but I'm not sitting in that! I was so disappointed coming back to my old stomping grounds in such poor conditions

Freezing room
Room was freezing …65 degrees. Found out heat wasn’t set for warmth! We had to go to front desk for blankets. There was a bandaid over peep hole. Couldn’t get wheelchair into bathroom. No hand bars either. The staff was very nice the cafe had a lot of staff. You didn’t wait long for seating or food

This one is a winner
This is our hotel of choice when we stay in Elko. The rooms are spacious, clean, well stocked and priced reasonably. There is a restaurant inside and when you check out, make sure to grab each person in your party a voucher for a free breakfast from the hotel front desk. The food is really good and the restaurant has been fully updated with plenty of seating. The casino is on the smaller side but it’s nice to try your luck before you head to bed for the night.
