We were frustrated initially when we discovered the ice machine was not functional, then finding the remote would not work with the TV. After manually turning on the TV, we were eventually able to navigate channels. In each case, the manager was most responsive & accommodating, going out for ice, & explaining the difficult transition to smart TVs with problems that entailed. We’ve stayed here many times & will certainly return... just frustrating after a long day to have the annoyance of expected & assumed services unavailable.
