"Great location, right on the river. The restaurant and bar are both open-concept and sunny, with windows overlooking the river. Friendly, professional staff. The wait staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A great brewpub (Post Falls Brewing) is down the street- an easy walk from the hotel. As well other eating/drinking places - just a short walk away. Great place for a get-away!"

Looks like people are living there, there was a naked guy standing in the window when we parked, there is no hot tub dispite being advertised, they lied and said they didn't have a pool, then when called out about it they said it was being worked on. Hair in tub, dirt ring around tub, clothing tags in corner of bathroom. Cigarette butt under bed"

"The doors were dirty but he floors were dirty going in the doors. The room stink when I got in he bed I started to itch had to get out of it take a shower and then I used my sleeping bag and I didn’t itch no more. Coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. Very unpleasant stay for 90 dollars"

"The price of the room was very low. It was located in a place that was very convenient for our needs. The room was small but clean. It provided us a place to sleep and shower, which was all we were expecting. The room itself was dated and could have used some minor repairs. All and all, it met our expectations and served our needs. If you are looking for a modern motel with great amenities, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a great price for a place to sleep, shower, and move on, this meets that bill."
