Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room smelled so horrible like something was spoiled. The room wasn’t very clean, crumbs in the sheets on the bed and found an old sick when we pulled out he fold out couch.

Property was dated, the elevator was a bit questionable, and the pool handle is coming out but the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. All in all we enjoyed it!

Clean and conveniently located with a handful of restaurants within walking distance, and only 2.5 or so miles from downtown with other coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Not kept up very well. Kinda dirty, wore shoes in the room because the floors just seemed icky. Staff was quick and very nice.

We had a double queen beds and a sofa bed. It was perfect for our family of five. It was clean and comfortable.

Lady at desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Refused reservation even though our trip was protected. Staff kept hanging up when calling back for refund. Refused refund and my partner and I have not received that money back and was charged.

Booking co. Need a new classification to identify if once reputiable companies like Ramada and baymont were sold out to foreigners. To me its like bait and switch. I just dreed booking on line anymore. For good money its more often then not like sleeping in a homeless camp. I could go into the ugly details but why bother? You get it!

Stacy/lacie the lady that checked us in went above the ask to make sure we had the room for our family. My kiddos treated her like family and she the same the whole time we were there. The rooms need some freshening up though. But good value for the money.

Hotel is in a nice area and cleanliness was fine. Staff was fine. Hotel policies are why I won't be back.
Upon checking in I was informed there would be a $75 hold placed on my card for "incidentals". That was annoying but not a deal breaker. Upon check out I requested a receipt. They told me they don't give receipts to guests who booked third party (hotels.com).
In my book, there are too many hotels that are just as nice or moreso where I don't have to deal with annoyance.

The breakfast food was sufficient, except we needed sugar free syrup for our waffles. The tub bottom of the tub was dirty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

The staff greeted you every time, area was clean and family friendly. The room wasn't cleaned daily and towels were a problem. We had to go get towels and ask for the garbage to be empty. The last day we had to use pool towels. The one thing that was the worst was Thanksgiving day. The staff opened the breakfast an extra hour which was great with three children but apparently the management come in an closed the breakfast down.
