Bourbon Trail Abode

Great place to stay for a Bourbon Trail getaway! Clean, comfy & cozy. The massage chair was an unexpected treat! Perfect size for 3 couples…close enough to commerce but still felt tucked away in the countryside.

State Championship getaway

Grad Girls’ Trip

We were so pleased with this home located in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The house had plenty of room for us, a group of 5 ladies who have been friends over 50 years. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and was like being in our own place. Ideal home for Fort Knox event

House is roomy and cozy. Everything is clean, organized and tidy. Property feels tucked away, but restaurants are close. Easy access to Fort Knox for ROTC graduation. Special thanks to our host for allowing early check in! We will pass on the location to our VMI Family. Our stay was perfect.

This is our 2nd year staying and absolutely love the place and location. Elizabethtown is 7 min away with restaurants and shopping. I would sit outside on the swing with my dad and enjoy the view. We saw deer in the pasture the other night! The grill works great! Thank you we definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Very Clean and Comfortable

The house was immaculate. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and I slept very well. It’s a very nice view out back. The cherry on top was the massage chair. Awesome! The owner was quick to respond to my messages. I will stay here again.

Ft. Knox visit

We stayed 2 nights for our daughter's graduation from Ft. Knox. Good location, spacious and clean home. Location convenient to nearby Elizabethtown (Target, Wal-Mart.) Make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner. There was no toilet paper in one bathroom. The bed in the master is in need of replacement. It is so soft you can hardly turn over. However, for a 2 night stay this spot was more than adequate and we would use again.

Had some issues

Pros: Overall the home was clean and suited our needs for laundry, clean bathrooms and bedding, a garage, tv, Netflix etc. FYI: The 3rd bedrooms queen bed is extremely firm - Firm enough to mention in case anyone in your party has back, neck or shoulder issues. This can be good or bad I suppose depending on your preferences. The back yard is wide and open, with a large firepit our kids loved doing s'mores on. The kitchen was equipped well and was also clean. Cons: When first walking in we noticed there were interior cameras in the home. While I understand the reasoning for recording devices, they did make us uncomfortable for our privacy and our kids. They are technically not allowed on VRBO properties, so this was a concern. Upon arrival there was a trap that unfortunately had a rodent in it. The listing also advertised a hot tub which was not on property and that was originally a deciding factor for choosing this one, so that was disappointing. The host was apologetic about this and communicated swiftly and politely.

This house was just outside of town which was perfect. We were in town for my son’s travel ball tournament and this house was about 13 minutes from the fields. We loved the massage chair, comfortable beds, elliptical, and the house decor. Great stay and highly recommend.

Ripken trip

This place was perfect for playing in Ripken. Easy 15min drive to the fields and plenty of space to host a team cookout. Host was great and we had no issues during our stay.
