"While half of the block on this street looked questionable, the half that this house is situated appears nicely updated and friendly. The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with the necessities the four of us needed. The game room and puzzles were a great plus as was the close proximity of the house to all parts of Louisville. The house was very clean and easy to get in and out. The upstairs wall A/C unit was perfect for the daytime heat and doable to not use during the June evenings....

"The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say."
