"Lovely hotel in a great location very close to Piccadilly station. The hotel is well decorated and staff are friendly. The only negative was that we couldn’t check in to our room for an hour and three quarters (4.45pm despite a stated check in time of 3pm) as they were so busy and our room hadn’t been cleaned.. The hotel gave us a free drink to compensate but it meant that we missed the start of our concert because of this. All good otherwise."
