"After reading some reviews I was very apprehensive but I was very pleased with my stay. The check in was very easy despite arriving out of reception hours as key was left in a safe for collection. The apartment was spacious, excellent air conditioning with a fantastic balcony. The room was clean and towels were changed after a few days but I would have liked to have bedsheets changed. The ladies in reception were very helpful and approachable. There was no problem getting a sun lounger at 1 of the 4 pools. We used buses and Bolt to get around as it is a little out of the town centre but if you have a car the location is perfect. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby for the essentials. Overall we had an excellent time. You get what you pay for, a good base to explore Paphos."

"We had a fabulous, relaxing time for 2 weeks in this lovely villa. The view from the terrace is wonderful and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.It is very, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. A very good supermarket is just down the road and Costas Koloni tavern is a must, but go hungry, the portions are huge. It’s easy to catch the bus into Paphos or to drive John was a very welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed.We would thoroughly recommend Johns villa if you want relaxation, beautiful views, great pools but close enough to Paphos to enjoy all that it has to offer."

"Overall the villa was lovely and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was great, as was the hot tub, although we only used that once. The view is also really good. And it's really useful having three en-suite bedrooms, although the curtains are a little thin and let in the early morning sun. You definitely need a car if you want to see any of the island, but the buses seemed quite regular if you only want to go into Paphos. The local taverna, Kostas, serves some very good and plentiful meals. John is a very welcoming and helpful host."
