"It’s a trailer y’all. Yes it’s in the photo but still shocking. No stove. Two grills outside but neither operational. Dishes all dirty. Pillow in guest room so gross I had to put it on the shelf so no one used it. Instead of receiving an entry code and internet information, I received multipage marketing emails filled with rules. When I asked about the code I got attitude. The area around the property was interesting at least.If dirty trailers are your thing this is your spot, otherwise there are cleaner, more affordable options out there."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Trish and Dave were fantastic hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish.The location is truly special. The views from every window are beautiful, and being right across the street from an amazing trailhead was such a bonus, with another one just down the street. It felt like we were fully immersed in nature, yet still just minutes from town. Downtown Boulder, CU Boulder, and Pearl Street were all only about 10 minutes away, with great restaurants and grocery stores very close by. It really offered the perfect balance of natural surroundings and convenience.The house itself was comfortable and quiet at night. The beds were all very comfortable, and we especially loved the recliner couches after long days out exploring. The master bedroom was great with a large bathroom and shower, and the upstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids with plenty of space. The layout made it easy for everyone to spread out while still having great central areas to gather together.The backyard was another highlight. We loved grilling, sitting around the fire pit in the evenings, and relaxing in the rocking chairs. It was such a great space to unwind.Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"The description of the home is accurate and the upgrades made to the kitchen and main living area are great. The views are spectacular any time of day. The kitchen is full of dishes and pots/pans, an air fryer and toaster. Bring your own coffee…but great coffee pot. Lots of spices and cooking things. Beds are comfortable and house is maintained really well. The driveway up is a little rough, so definitely take note of the 4WD if there is snow. We didn’t have snow during our stay, but could see how it would be an adventure to tackle! Easy to find, close to golden and boulder. The perfect spot for the mountain get away close enough to town. Would definitely come back! "

"Excellent stay! Property owner was super sweet and communication check/in/out was smooth. Super clean and well appointed w/clear instructions. The beds were verycomfortable. The backyard is tranquil and a great place for a cup of espresso while taking in the sun and foothills. Within walking distance to a really nice park w/ lake, walking path, disc golf, Bball, & pickleball courts. Perfect for families with young children. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Boulder!"
