"The house is lovely, nicely furnished and very easily reachable from the ringroad, leaving lots of exploration options with Snaefelsness and Reykjavik both easiliy reached from the house, making it an ideal base of exploration. The kitchen is well stocked and it's lovely having the terrace and barbecue as additional seating and cooking options. Views are nice too! The only issue is that the house does get damp in cold weather and there's a lot of moisture build up around the windows overnight, but it is relatively easily managed through airing out the house."

"Excellent location for sightseeing on the Snaefellness peninsula. The room was small but modern and clean with an excellent bathroom. Good place to see the northern lights if the weather cooperates. Staff was friendly and attentive. Dinner was good. Breakfast could have been more extensive. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay."
