"The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Our apartment was very comfortable and clean. Our balcony gave us a view of a lovely forest, st Jean de Luz and the sea. The pool was perfect for us. Plenty of seating around the pool. The grounds of Villa Maldagora were very pleasant and well maintained. We enjoyed using the table tennis and borrowing the board games. Being able to order bread and pastries each day was great as the nearest shop is 15 minutes walk away. A car would have been useful but the local us service stops just outside the complex and runs every 30 minutes into the town. We had a very restful and enjoyable week."

"The entire experience in this hotel, from the moment we got there to the moment we left, was absolutely phenomenal: excellent location of the hotel, beautiful premises, very kind and welcoming staff, nice, clean, and spacious room with the ocean view, delicious drinks and food at the bar, ease of checking in and out, free parking - everything was top notch. We will definitely be back. "
