The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Our apartment was very comfortable and clean. Our balcony gave us a view of a lovely forest, st Jean de Luz and the sea. The pool was perfect for us. Plenty of seating around the pool. The grounds of Villa Maldagora were very pleasant and well maintained. We enjoyed using the table tennis and borrowing the board games. Being able to order bread and pastries each day was great as the nearest shop is 15 minutes walk away. A car would have been useful but the local us service stops just outside the complex and runs every 30 minutes into the town. We had a very restful and enjoyable week.

We were a Family of six and there were bedsheets missing for two of us. The next morning we got them belated. The help desk/receptionists were all friendly, helpful and polite!

We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. It is walkable to the center of town and beach in about 25 min. We loved it and would go back.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was nice and clean and the site was fairly quiet, although there seemed to be a lot of guests, judging from the occupancy of the car park. We had no problems at all while we were there.

No what it says on the tin

Communication was minimal. 2 toilet rolls for a 6 person villa for 5 days. Any more was an additional cost. Having the towels replaced, which were no bigger than a tea towel, additional cost. No communication around tourist tax. Would not accept all major credit cards. Did not send details for check in beforehand which was an issue if arriving late. No mention of the cleaning charge which was compulsory, but expected the villa to be entirely cleaned upon leaving. Reception barely open. Accommodation was ok but very small. No oven in a six person villa, very hilly with a lot of steps. Photos very deceiving.

Publican unas fotos que luego no se corresponden con lo que te asignan a la llegada,cogí un apartamento para 6 personas,siendo solo 4,pagué más porque en la web lo mostraban con terraza y vistas al mar,me dieron un segundo piso sin ascensor,sin terraza ni siquiera un triste balcón y con unas fantásticas vistas al cementerio,publicidad engañosa,mucho cuidado con lo que reserváis que luego se corresponda con lo que te asignan !!
