"The hotel is located in an excellent location near the park which is good for walk/run. However, I wasn't asked or given the bath robe and slippers until I saw other guests were wearing one. The carpet in my room was old and stained and the drainage of the bathroom sink was not functioning. Other than the above, staff are friendly and helpful and overall a pleasant stay. Thank you. "

"The Hotel Neugrabener Hof is a nice choice about a 25 minute journey from Central Station on the S Bahn. The S Bahn station is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is on the main road and yet, it is very quiet in the evening. The breakfast buffet counter and tables were set up with loving care. The coffee is a special treat each cup ground to perfection! My room was comfortable and the bath room was recently updated. This made my week's stay in Hamburg most enjoyable!"

"We are moving from Norway to France with our electric vehicle. Unfortunately the charging station did not have cords attached - and ours from Norway was not compatible. Max went above and beyond to try to help us find a solution after a stressful day of driving from Denmark. I feel if anyone should be employee of the year - it is Max. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel 😊"
