"My favorite part of the hotel was the staff. Excellent customer service, with a special thank you to the bar and dining staff. The night time views from the hotel of Salamanca while having a cocktail are wonderful."
"The owners were exceptionally polite. The beds were so very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were terrific. We felt very welcome. There was a little language barrier but using translator with them worked perfectly. We wanted to see the real parts of Spain, this was the adventure we wanted. I recommend renting car and travel the differ cities. This hotel is definitely a 10."
"With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any."
"Stayed here for St Teresa relic veneration trip. This hotel looks on the map like it's a long way from the city center/ main plaza, but it's actually an easy 10-15 minute walk there, also it's a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal and also a 10-15 min walk to Carrefour Express grocery store and many restaurants. Plus there is a good although very busy restaurant in the hotel itself. Rooms including bathrooms are very pretty and very clean, photos on Expedia do not do them justice. Would stay again as rates were an excellent value.
I note that they expect you to be in your room before midnight and not come downstairs before 7 am or an alarm goes off. So don't stay if you need to be out late or up early. Also, there is some noise at night from restaurant downstairs and during the day from a kids" park across the street. I am able to sleep through noise so didn't bother me. "
"Everything was perfect and I have to stress the upgrade I received, by courtesy in the reception, for a room in the main building with very good conditions without any change. The only thing I considered less was the breakfast that had a few variety of food."
