The property was okay they needed more cleaning supplies and the jacuzzi was dirty but the most uncomfortable thing is that its not as advertised a private home entirely there is a woman that stays in the garage stating she is there for any questions or concerns about the property but welcomed herself inside and knocking on the door for no apparent reason just to guve cookies and request food to be left behind stay in the fridge witch was awkwardness ...

I was surprised that the front desk staff did not tell me about the spa. If you want people to use the spa, you need to do some upfront marketing for it. Give the people a spa pamphlet about what is available and pricing. I had to ask about it and I got no literature from front desk about it. Plus the TV had no free viewing options. Also, the front desk failed to tell me that the key card makes elevators work. Assuming that people know that is a mistake. Overall, it was a great stay.

"We are recurring guests and we love staying. This time around I was very disappointed that a mini fridge was not found in my room. When asked about it, I was told they would try to find one for me and were unlucky. Really hope they implement mini fridge to all rooms."
