The hotel is perfectly situated right at the port, offering a great balance of lively daytime activity while remaining quiet and peaceful at night—ideal for a good night’s sleep. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Max, Joshua, and Antonia were always ready to answer questions, offer guidance, or help arrange transportation, which made our stay feel easy and well supported. Everything was immaculately clean, and we were very happy with our overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"The accommodations were worth the price, and the hotel service was good. But pass on the restaurant in the evening. It is not where you want to be waiting for food after trekking all day. The staff is nice, is very nice, but insufficient, and I waited 90 minutes for my simple meal on the terrace. Also, there is major construction next door with heavy equipment on the adjacent wall — not relaxing. I suspect this work will be done by summer, 2026. "

"My room and the rest of the property was kept very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. She even let us wash our very muddy shoes in a tub outside and put them in the sun to dry. Also liked that there was tea, coffee filtered water, refrigerator, toaster and microwave available!e 24 hours. "
