"1. Unable to find house at night. Police couldn’t even tell us where it was, we were given wrong address. No address on house. 2. The floor was sandy you could see other people’s foot print, we couldn’t even walk barefoot on it. 3. Listing says washer dryer, there is not one 4. We had to wash every dish prior to using as they were not clean. 5. The linens on beds were sandy, dirty, had not been washed as you could tell someone had slept in them, we just happened to have our own linens thank goodness. Some of the blanket had huge holes in them 6. Host would not communicate with us. Via call or text. 7. Looked for broom to sweep, it was in bushes outside 8. Second bathroom was outside and disgusting. 9. Almost all lamps were unusable due to no light bulbs. Half of the fans did not work. 10.Shower curtain was almost in shreds and barely hanging. 11. Woke up to no water the last day. 12. The couch/ chair was very stained, moldy, and outdated. 13. Inside of microwave had large chips that were rusted. 14. Mouse turds in pantry with very outdated food. 15. The door at the front facing the sea did not lock nor was it sealed neither was the kitchen door. 16. One lounge chair on patio not two as advertised. This place needs to be overhauled and deep cleaned before anyone should stay here!!"

"We had a truly magical stay. The tide going way in and way out was fun and made shell hunting and creature exploring so exciting! When the tide was out we had the pool practically at our door step with a swim up bar and a wide selection of blow up toys, frisbees, etc… available to check out. We loved playing pickleball with the family and renting paddle boards too. The hose on the back patio was a helpful touch that helped us keep the sandiness to a minimum. We never grilled but it was a nice option to have and the kids loved the sand toys and beach chairs on the patio. Stores were accessible in town (20-30 mins) for all our needs. Host was communicative and kind. Had a little trouble getting Netflix or any streaming on the tv, but we just ended up plugging our phone in and streaming from there. No problem!It was a dog’s paradise with the ocean at our feet, too. I’d never seen a dog smile until this trip! We had never been to Rocky Point area and were concerned about safety, but the grounds were gated with security 24/7 and I never felt unsafe on our whole vacation. There was always someone around that could speak at last a little English too, which helped a lot. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely bookmark this place for our next vacation!"

Sí tuvimos algunos detalles en la casa (un sink que no jalaba, la luz que se fue un rato, y el aire acondicionado que batalló), pero lo importante es cómo respondió: rápida, atenta y súper responsable.No es común encontrar hosts que de verdad estén al pendiente, y Claudeeen lo estuvo en cada momento. Nos sentimos apoyados y eso hizo TODA la diferencia. La casa es cómoda, bien ubicada y perfecta para relajarse en Puerto Peñasco.Gracias, Claudeeen, por hacer de unas vacaciones con tropiezos algo que recordaremos con una sonrisa. Recomendada al 100%. Sin duda volveríamos."
