The property was really nice and unique. The biggest issue is for rooms facing the pool, the music from the bar goes until 1AM on the weekend. It's really loud and there's no soundproofing. They asked us if this would be a problem at check-in and when I said yes it would be a problem and asked if we could be moved, they said there were no rooms left, completely full - sorry! Then why ask to begin with...? That left a bad impression. Friday night was ok/tame but Saturday night was SO loud, booming - you could feel it in your body while you were trying to sleep. Bring your airpods or earplugs and pray you're not in one of those rooms Friday and Saturday.

Jasmine is the best. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She was able to help us navigate through the city. She is without a doubt one of the best people your company can have as a representative. Another kudos goes to Matthew in Valet, he was shy but super friendly and kind. I can’t wait to come back because these two individuals.

I’ve stayed at indigo hotels a couple of times but haven’t ever really loved any of them. On this particular trip they put us on a floor that happened to be right above the bar, which happen to have live music until 1 am. The way the hotel is situated, the bar sticks out the side f the hotel on an upper level so I would assume everyone on our floor probably had the same problem! It was the loudest base I’ve ever heard so it kept us awake until 1. Fortunately they didn’t start until 11 so we slept from 10-11 until we were first awakened by the front desk at 11 asking if we had a water leak in our bathroom!! I’ve honestly never experienced anything like this stay and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in my day. So, I would say, ask them about the live music before you book and also make sure you are on a floor far away from it if you want to sleep before 1am.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the facilities, including the pool and rooms, were impeccably clean. The hotel's downtown El Paso location is incredibly convenient. However, the only drawback was the absence of complimentary parking. They do offer valet parking for $18 per night, but despite this, the overall experience at the hotel was delightful.

Great location
Lovely aesthetic and costumer service. Location was great. In walking distance to everything downtown. Only complaint was that we were on the 12th floor and the room temperature never seemed quite right it was either too hot or too cold whenever we adjusted the thermostat. Could be an issue on just the top floor but idk. Everything else was otherwise great.

This place is not for everyone. Very complicated to check in with lobby on fifth floor, and price for Valet parking is pretty much mandatory and higher than what is stated on the Expedia website Walked into lobby and walked right out. Smell of smoke, marijuana and some awful incense burning to cover the smell. Perhaps a younger party type would love this, but not for me. Did not stay here and even though a refund was offered before 6pm they would not refund my money despite my not staying there.
