After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - Our listing accurately advertises one flat-screen TV with local channels and Netflix, as depicted in the listing photos. - The small bathroom was designed as an emergency option for situations when the full bathroom is in use. Unfortunately, we can't make alterations to this setup, and the listing accurately reflects this in the photos. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. - We have one ceiling fan in the living room, and we don't have plans to add more. Additionally, there are small floor fans in the closets of each bedroom for guests to use. We're actively working on making these fans more easily visible to guests for their convenience. - The A/C is fully functional and can be adjusted to the desired temperature by guests. It's a modern, wifi-enabled thermostat that activates when it detects motion, set at 76 degrees by default. We're in the process of providing clear instructions in the home to help guests operate it more easily. - We acknowledge that the neighboring barking dogs can be inconvenient. We've attempted to address this issue by speaking to the neighbors, although progress has been limited as it's beyond our control. We've also installed darkening and noise-reducing curtains to mitigate the impact as much as possible. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Hi Pam, the homeowners were disappointed to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: -We were surprised to see your review as our cleaners provide us with excellent service, consistently. We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, and our ground services team is meticulous in their cleaning and sterilization. We've never received any complaints, on the contrary, prior guests have mentioned how clean everything was in their past 5-star reviews -The owner let us know he does do a walkthrough of the property every day prior to each scheduled check-in and did not find any unclean areas or odors. The owner waters the plants inside and outside and checks to make sure the lightbulbs are in working order to ensure the home is in perfect shape for future travelers -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, while we cannot control dogs barking, we are sorry if this made your stay less relaxing. We had not received a complaint about this yet, but we understand how this impacted your stay -We encourage guests to reach out with any issues during a stay so that we have the opportunity to address any problems that may arise unexpectedly and we never got a call or a word response. We are always available should guests need anything while in residence. Although you did not enjoy your stay, we're confident future guests will find our home clean and comfortable!
