Elle a de très beaux volumes, une cuisine très bien équipée, un extérieur joliment arboré et bien entretenu ainsi qu'une magnifique piscine. Petit bémol, la 4ème chambre mériterait une climatisation. "Très joli appartement, tipique espagnol. La localisation est pas trop loin des activités, de la plage, des commerces et de la ville. Malheureusement à notre arrivée, nous avons eu la surprise de retrouver de la bière dans le frigo (nous sommes musulmans) et l'alcool on pouvait pas le garder mais nous avons trouver un arrangement avec la voisine. Ne pas oublier que le parking est à partager avec le second locataire. Très belle vue mer côté terrasse et très belle vue montagne côté de la chambre....

"In ca. 50 m befindet sich die stark befahrene Straße auf das Cap de Creus. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ist sehr laut.Im Inneren ist die Wohnung top. Die Betten quietschen und die Matratzen sind unbequem. Die Klimaanlage ist das mmet Hochsommer notwendig. Das Schlafzimmer kann nicht gut belüftetwerden, da die Waschküche davor luegtMatratzensind unbequem. Ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer nicht möglich. "

"Pros: Das Haus liegt auf einem schönen Grundstück in der Nähe einer Durchgangsstraße in einer Ansiedlung nahe Roses. Das Schlafzimmer mit gutem breitem Doppelbett liegt zur anderen Seite an einer ruhigen Staubstraße. Roses ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt und ist sehr hübsch mit historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden, Restaurants, einer wunderbaren Markthalle mit großem Angebot an Fisch, Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse. Inder Nähe ist ein Carrefour mit riesigem Angebot an Lebensmitteln aller Art...

""Location proche de Roses mais un peu à l'écart, ce qui permet d'être plus au calme (très appréciable!), mais qui nécessite par contre d'avoir une voiture. Celle ci sera sécurisée puisque vous pouvez la garer devant la maison fermée par un portail électrique. Propriétaire très agréable et personne sur place accueillante. Grande terrasse très agréable.
