Housekeeping kept everything spotless and well cared for, always respectful and attentive to detail. The restaurant and bar staff deserve special praise — servers, cooks, and bartenders alike. Meals were well prepared, service was smooth and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. It’s clear the kitchen and service teams work in sync and take pride in what they do. The doormen and concierge were outstanding — courteous, attentive, and proactive. "Very historical, well placed property. Beautiful gardens and pool (the biggest gardens in Luxor). Great location - 5 minute walk to Luxor Temple. The facilities are a little dated, and there is no gym or spa, but it’s the best hotel in Luxor and the staff is fantastic"

"Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast great-they have a huge selection, eggs made to order, coffee machine that makes latte! Big front reception area, they xray all luggages. They have an on site travel/tours company & booked our trips on the spot for the next day with no issues. Restaurant was just ok but the bar was great. Restaurants & shops near within walking distance. Pool closes at sunset."

"Pyramisa hotel was wonderful, the massage lady was professional and the massage was great. We ate at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and the breakfast was incredible!"

"Everything was great! The view was fantastic. I stayed here because it's close to the Luxor and Karnak temples. It has a beautiful rooftop view, and the restaurant is located here! The breakfast service was also very good!They cleaned the room every day, everyone was very kind. The man who cleaned always left a drawing on the paper and arranged the towels very nicely. 🙇 Thank you, I would definitely come back here. 🙏"
