The communication with Fabricio (property manager) was outstanding. He even offer us a huge list of things to do and always was kind and helpful for our questions. "Lovely hotel - however - my room overlooked pool - and music played at poolside bar started at 9am - and was a loud noisy hip hop style radio station - rather than chill out music… It wasn’t relaxing! I mentioned it to reception desk - but it happened every morning again!!"
