"El Hotel muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. Los empleados todos muy cordiales y atentos. La comida divina. La vista desde el rooftop es impresionante. La estadía fue muy, muy buena y gran parte de esto fue por el equipo del lobby. Definitivamente cuando regrese a Medellín me hospedaré nuevamente en este hotel."

"Quiero dejar mi más sincera opinión, el hotel está hermoso , céntrico , el desayuno una delicia la comida también , hubo personal tan amable pero tan amable , Gabriela de recepción , un señor mayor que trabaja en el restaurante , las muchachas de la limpieza divina , ahora hubo un señor que me arruinó mi noche y varios del personal que no quisieron cambiarme mi habitación para otra y se les notaba que fue porque simplemente no querían ! Y tuve que pagar habitación extra varias veces ! En hoteles cercanos no tuve nunca ese problema venían mis acompañantes los registraban y ya ! Allí ni siquiera pagando una tercera persona ni tampoco cambiando la habitación para una más grande nada ! Absolutamente nada ! Y fueron personas en específico que se les notaba que no querían ayudar ni querían ser amables ! Fuera de eso nada que añadir ! Muy poco se pudo aprovechar las noches en el hotel en sí ! De 5 noches que lo pagué solo dormí allí 2 porque a la hora de entrar de la fiesta me armaban un pedo que en ningún otro lugar de los alrededores me pasó y eso que me quede en otros hoteles los otros 3 días y sin problemas ! Espero les ayude y mejoren ciertas cosas en cuanto a la atención !"

"Stayed for a week. The building has restaurants, bars and dining options but I was told not belonging to the hotel. You don't have to go far for food dining or hanging out but that means you also pay a higher cost than other hotels for breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from the metro about 15 minutes walk which isn't bad but if it rains then that's another story. They were doing construction on the hotel at the time so that's also a hazard to guess. The rooms were decent enough. No complaints there. I got my hotel key card disabled during my stay, that wasn't nice. I was stranded on the 5th floor, even though using the key card just few minutes before. I didn't even get an apology. My wife also had the same experience. Luckily another guest let me down in the elevator combined with using the emergency escape. I will give them a 4 star, they lost 1 star for my experience. It's a decent enough hotel for your stay."
