"Nuestra estancia fue excelente de principio a fin. El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, se notaba el cuidado y la atención en cada detalle. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Jorge en recepción, quien nos brindó un trato excepcional desde nuestra llegada, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y muy bien atendidos. También queremos agradecer a Leo y Juan, quienes fueron sumamente amables, respetuosos y atentos durante toda nuestra estancia. "The view from the bedroom was beautiful and the room was very clean. Staff was super nice and the people were wonderful. Breakfast restaurant on the ocean had an amazing view and food was absolutely delicious. It was nice to wind down without all the commotion of the big city. Just take in the beautiful views with the city of Holbox and the ocean! I would definitely go back! Everything was great! If I could make it better. I made it work but only 2 plugs in bedroom. I have a CPAP and they should have a few more outlets in the room. 2025 - Also better WiFi or internet signal and speed. 2/3g"
