"An absolute nightmare and deeply disappointing experience at this location, involving three different rooms, none of which met basic cleanliness standards. Room 1: Encountered hair on towels and bedding, plus visible footprints on the floor. Room 2: The refrigerator and phone were broken. Turning on the AC produced a heavy musty smell, and the pillow was stained with ink. When I brought the pillow to the front desk, the staff was hostile and dismissive. Room 3: Despite moving again, the bedding still had hair on the pillowcases & color & dirt marks on bedding sheets Because this was an Expedia package, I was unable to move hotels without a significant financial loss. The lack of hygiene and the unprofessional staff attitude are unacceptable for the Holiday Inn brand. This property needs an immediate corporate inspection."

"Wont ever stay here again. When i first got there to check in the front desk said "you want to go to Baymont". I said i had a reservation and they said oh. I think they were training a new person as there were 2 ppl and only one was doing anyrhing and that was very slow. Finally got my room key and went to the room after about 30 minutes and i did the pre check in as well. The room wasnt to bad but there was still trash in the can by the night stand. Just after 10 pm some guy opened the door and said oh sorry and left. Thats when i remembered to lock the door. Next time ill just go somewhere else. I do not reccomend thisbplace at all."
