"El servicio al cliente es horrible , la mayoría de los empleados te tratan como si no pagaste para estar ahí , las instalaciones no son la gran cosa. Las bebidas son todas BARATAS Y DE MALA CLASE. La comida no es buena. Sin duda no volvería"

"Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y la cena fue un completo desastre. Aunque dijimos en más de 3 ocasiones que por favor me cantaran cumpleaños nunca fue posible. Adicional a eso me trajeron una carne quemada y nunca la repusieron (me quedé sin cenar) … la habitación la limpieza es muy mala, se cayó un frasco de vidrio y ni cuenta se dieron y tuve que llamar 2 veces para que asistieran a limpiar eso. Los empleados todos “son nuevos” y nadie sabe nada … al final duré 2 noches en el hotel y creo que sé mas del hotel que los mismos empleados. Un fracaso total… ah la piscina de la habitación, no pude ni entrarme de lo sucia que estaba"

"The W Punta Cana is a beautiful resort. Enjoyed our swim out room. Room was beautiful, clean and very large. For those interested in swim out rooms, it is not connected to the main pool and you cannot swim out to the swim up bar. We actually enjoyed a more private spot to ourselves. It was a great room to have as one of the main pools was closed for a private event for one day. Enjoyed room service as it is included in your all inclusive package. Restaurants are delicious! The rooftop restaurant is such a beautiful spot! Wish this spot was open more often and for more time of the day. It looks like a spot for a day time party/brunch. We did not partake in the sushi. We heard rumors people were getting sick, so we did not chance it. We did not get sick from any of the restaurants. The Noodle Bar was our favorite! Food is very delicious! They have great bar tender in there! She’s very attentive! The beach restaurant was nice, but you do pay extra for some dishes. Living room bar is hit and miss. The bartenders seem overwhelmed even with just a handful of guests. The coffee shop was a nice touch as it had snacks, quick grab and go bites and PLENTY of water. The speakeasy was more of a club experience. For a W and Marriott nametag, I expected more from the staff. They were nice, opportunities to be more attentive and more organized are certainly there. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely time. Would potentially go back, but I would explore other resorts first."

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
