"Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable but not much lighting, they have a lamp but it didn’t work in our room or my parents’. They only proved one towel per guest, bath mat, and hand towel. Basic shampoo, conditioner, and body soap and lotion. Check in was super quick and as expected. One of the best room service I have had, food was really good and warm! Most places food is cold and hard. It will get crowded on weekends but staff kept up. They work really hard! The view is top tier, but the beach, I would not feel safe going in with older parents and 6yr old. It is about 20-30 mins from beaches that are calmer. Overall, it is priced for what you get. We opted for just the stay that included breakfast and I am glad, there is not much variety in the breakfast, I am not sure for dinner, we usually did room service or when out."
