Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay in El Campello. The apartment was lovely, in a great location, well maintained. Everything is in close proximity to the apartment and we had the beach on our doorstep. Thanks to Ireen and Dirk, who were wonderful hosts.

Perfect apartment location and lovely hosts
Clean, roomy, nicely decorated, beds comfortable, large sofa, all mod cons, garage parking. Perfect location, lovely view from the large balcony over the beach. At the quite end of the sea front, so very close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops but nonetheless quite, no through traffic. Ideal long winter break, we stayed about 5 weeks Jan into Feb. Lovely hosts who could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

The best apartment in a fantastic beach town
This apartment is a hidden gem. We came from Europe and the United States looking for a nice Spanish beach holiday which was close to different activities - this apartment exceeded our expectations. It is in the nicest location in El Campello - a beach town with lots of Spanish holiday makers. First, the apartment: the balcony overlooks the sea and we had all our meals out there. It was immaculate and well-provisioned, even down to the nespresso machine and the beach chairs, and comfortably accommodated 4 adults and a 11 and 13 year old. Irene and Dirk could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for the stay. We asked for extra pillows and keys and these were provided immediately. The pool for the apartment is large and has a lovely quiet poolside bar where you can get snacks. The location is at the end of the esplanade, which has hundreds of restaurants facing the beach. My wife and I have travelled all over the world, and the calm, turquoise sea was one of the best beach experiences we have ever had. El Campello is a convenient 15 minute drive to see Alicante. We also drove 20 minutes to Elche to see the largest palm groves and ancient history of this small city, and drove 45 minutes to see flamingos and float weightlessly in Spain’s largest salt lagoon. I would not hesitate to recommend this as an incredible place to stay for a Spanish beach holiday.
