"Great stay in S.L.P. Very reasonable prices for food room service. All amenities functional, good gym and clean pool. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Felt safe and comfortable here. Will return for future stays."

"The condition of the room was far below my expectations. The carpet was worn and dirty, the towels were old and ragged, basic amenities were lacking: there were no shampoo and conditioner. We asked if we could our rooms for a double bed and we were told we couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia, to matters worst on the last day, there was a leak in the bathroom. Finally they were able to accommodate our initial request, for this reasons I would not recommend this hotel."
